  We have just visited this site for the august bank holiday, the site is very basic but,clean although we thought, while sitting out side our caravan we watched people going to the sinks from the tents and cleaning there teeth and nit washing the sinks out and then people going and washing their pots on n sinks , there should be a sign to say not to be used for this , also we visited the site because we had come to Kent to visit our daughter , family and friends who have a static caravan on another site, on the Saturday we went to their caravan @ 11am to 11pm and the site owners made us so very welcome, then on the Sunday they visited us at Bragg lane farm @ 330pm and the owner came over and very rudely said that we had to pay £14 for our quests, the money wasnt a issue it was his manner and it was embrassing, then has they were leaving at 8pm he walked bye and in a very loud voice and nasty you have been here more than 2 hours, my husband and I run our own business and customer service is at the top of our priorities, and this is something that the owner of this site certainly hasnt, so we wont be visiting the site again
